JFIN CHAIN x LIQUID CRYPTO PARTNERSHIP LAUNCH COMPETITION

The Promoter is:
Liquid Crypto 651 294 450 of registered office address: 238 Ridgecrop Drive, Castle Hill NSW 2054

The above-mentioned company will be here-after referred to as the 'Promoter.'

1. Employees of the Promoter of their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
2. The Promotion commences 9am AEST 18th of October, 2023 and closes at 5pm AEST 31st Janurary, 2024
3. To be eligible to enter, the entrant must successfully complete the following tasks:
   1. Connect their digital wallet to the Liquid Crypto dApp: app.liquidcrypto.finance (Platform)
   2. Successfully complete a transaction of $10USD or more within the Platform.
   3. Join the Liquid Crypto Communities on Telegram https://t.me/reddexcommunity
   4. Follow Liquid Crypto on X (formerly known as Twitter) @_LiquidCrypto
4. The prize pool will consist of 10 x $1000USD worth of Liquid Crypto's Tokens.
5. Winners will be notified directly and also announced in Liquid Crypto's Telegram and X channels at 12:30pm AEST on the 9th of February, 2024.
6. Winners will recieve their Tokens within 14 days of the launch TGE, to the digital wallet address that transacted on the platform. No changes can be made to this wallet address. Responsibility of setting up the in the wallet is born by the winner.
7. This promotion is no way associated with any social media platforms including Twitter, Telegram and Meta.
8. One entry per @telegram and @twitter handle (combined) and all entrants must be following Liquid Crypto's Telegram and Twitter community channels to be eligible.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of the Promoter's control.
10. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to an entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferrable. Tokens will be delivered to the winners wallet address connected to the Liquid Crypto platform.
13. The winner is entirely at the discretion of the promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering into this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
18. The winner's wallet address and telegram handle may be published on our socials and community platforms.
